Returns
This return policy applies exclusively to online purchases.
We understand that returning a product or filing a complaint can sometimes be complicated, so we've simplified the process to make it as smooth as possible.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your furniture, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement.
Please note:
- Returns that are used, damaged, or significantly different from the original condition may qualify for only a partial refund or no refund at all.
- Return shipping fees apply unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Return Instructions
- Register Your Return
- Contact us via our contact form to initiate the return process.
- Wait for Confirmation
- We will confirm your return request. Do not send back the furniture before receiving our confirmation.
- Choose a Return Method
- You can return the item using our courier service or another shipping method of your choice.
- If using our courier, we will inform you of the return shipping cost.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Important: If the product is not properly protected and gets damaged in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund.
- Photograph the Package
- Before handing the package to the courier, take a photo of the properly packed item for your records.
- Hand Over the Package
- Give the item to the courier for return shipping.
- Processing Your Refund
- Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7 days.
- If using our courier, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
